Construction sequence animation.

Give owners, bid panels and project teams a clear view of the construction sequence. We turn supplied 3D models, drawings and approved stage descriptions into construction videos with readable phasing, camera movement and technical callouts.

The task we start with.

A programme and a set of drawings can leave an audience unsure how the work unfolds. An animation can show the agreed order of foundations, structure, modules, equipment and finishing work, together with the access or installation context relevant to the presentation. A clear sequence helps a proposal explain its approach without requiring the viewer to interpret the entire drawing package.

How we approach the work.

  1. Identify the purpose: tender presentation, owner update, installation explanation or stakeholder communication. Confirm the model revision and the sequence owner.
  2. Create a stage list from the methodology your team supplies. Separate permanent works, temporary elements and equipment, and record which dates or stages are illustrative.
  3. Review an unpolished sequence with your planner or technical lead. They approve the construction order, access assumptions, labels and any represented equipment movement.
  4. Add cinematic cameras, consistent stage colours, legends and presentation graphics. Check the final film against the approved stages and deliver the agreed versions.

What a project can include.

A construction phasing film, stage-labelled stills, selected installation close-ups and a silent presentation version where scoped. If you already have a schedule-linked 4D export, we can discuss turning that approved sequence into a presentation film after checking the source format. Schedule authoring, clash detection, lifting design and constructability certification require their own responsible scope.

Who it is for.

Contractor bid teams, preconstruction managers, engineering companies, fabricators delivering modules, developers and project owners. Industrial sites, equipment installations, steel structures and building assemblies can each be explained through a defined sequence. Delivery timing follows the model readiness, number of stages and review availability.

A possible first project.

An installation sequence for a bid presentation.

A contractor supplies the coordinated model and an approved stage list for a module installation. We scope a readable sequence showing the agreed stages, selected access context and callouts. The planning team reviews the method before the presentation treatment is finished.

Illustrative scope, not a completed client engagement or measured result.

What we need to scope the work.

  • Model exports or drawing package with revision and units
  • Approved stage list or methodology, and schedule data if dates must be represented
  • Sequence owner, bid or meeting date, temporary elements and intended outputs

What affects price and timing?

A staged construction film and a schedule-linked 4D BIM simulation have different input and validation requirements. Confirm which you need. Model preparation, stage count, site context and planner review determine the estimate; technical acceptance remains with the project team.
