HEARTLAND SUPER INTELLIGENCE

Read the drawing.
Model every part.

For fabricators, EPCs, oil and gas operators and data centre builders. Bring the team around one clear view of what you’re building.

We take your fabrication drawings, general arrangements or existing CAD and build a clean, organised 3D model: every plate, flange, nozzle, shaft and bolt pattern where the drawing puts it. Dimensions are read from the drawing, never guessed. Anything unclear is written down and sent back to you as a question.

Use the same model in a design review, a shop-floor explanation, a proposal or an interactive page your customer can explore.

WHAT WE BUILD

Five ways
to see it before you build it.

Start with one model. Use it for as many jobs as it can do.

01 / DRAWING TO 3DCAD assemblies

3D models from drawings

From PDF to a solid model.

Fabrication drawings, GA drawings, marked-up sketches or photos with key measurements, turned into a full 3D assembly with named parts.

What you get

A STEP assembly for your CAD team, a lightweight GLB or STL for viewing, and a list of any drawing questions we found along the way.

02 / ASSEMBLYShop & site

Exploded views & build sequences

Show the order it goes together.

Exploded assemblies and step-by-step build sequences for the shop floor, site erection and installation crews.

What you get

Numbered exploded views, sequence images or a short animation, with each step labelled the way your crew talks about it.

03 / REVIEWBefore you cut steel

Fit checks & model reviews

Find it on screen, not in the shop.

We look for clashes, missing dimensions and parts that don’t line up, and send them back as clear, marked-up questions.

What you get

A short review note with screenshots. Design decisions and approval stay with your engineer of record.

04 / VISUALSBids & marketing

Renders & build films

Equipment that looks as good as it is.

Photo-real renders, cutaways and short explainer films for bids, trade shows, sales decks and social media.

What you get

High-resolution stills in the angles you choose, cutaways of the internals, and optional 16:9 and vertical video cuts.

05 / WEBLike the one above

Interactive web models

Let your client take it apart.

A live 3D model on your website or in a proposal link. Rotate it, explode it and click a part to read what it does.

What you get

A fast, compressed model that loads on a phone, with labels written in plain language and a link you can share.

ENGINEERING VIDEOS

Three ways
to show your project.

Each example runs 15 seconds. Yours can run as long as you need: a social cut, a sales film or a full walkthrough.

01 / ASSEMBLY

Build sequences

Every part, in the order it goes together. For shop floors, site crews and installation plans.

02 / VISUALISATION

Drawing to 3D

Your 2D drawings, turned into a model anyone in the room understands.

03 / MARKETING

Cinematic site films

Your project in its place, before it’s built. For bids, investors and social media.

HOW A MODEL GETS MADE

Clear inputs.
Checked outputs.

A clear scope, a question list for anything missing and a review before delivery.

01

Send what you have.

PDF or DWG drawings, STEP files, sketches or photos. We agree the parts, the detail level and the files you need back before we start.

02

Model from the drawing.

Every dimension comes from your documents. When something is missing or doesn’t add up, it goes on a question list, not into a guess.

03

Check, then deliver.

We check the assembly against the drawings, then deliver the CAD files, renders and web model with a short note on anything still open.

INSIDE THE EXAMPLE MODEL

Built part
by part.

The model you have open at the top of the page, in numbers. Switch models and this card follows. Everything you can click in the viewer is a separate group of parts.

MODEL CARDPROCESS STRUCTURE

Both models are generic examples built for this page. Your own model is built from your drawings, at the level of detail you need.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

About
the Lab.

Have a drawing on your desk?
Text Andrés ↗

What can you model from?

Fabrication and general arrangement drawings (PDF or DWG), existing STEP or IGES files, hand sketches with dimensions, or photos of existing equipment with key measurements.

What files do I get back?

Usually STEP for your CAD team, STL or GLB for viewing and 3D printing, high-resolution renders, and an interactive web model if you want one. The list is agreed before work starts.

Do you approve or stamp designs?

No. The model follows your drawings and we flag anything that does not fit or is unclear. Design approval and professional sign-off stay with your engineer of record.

Will my drawings stay confidential?

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA, and client work only appears publicly with written permission.

How long does a model take?

It depends on the number of parts and how complete the drawings are. Send the drawing set and we will reply with a scope, a price and a date.

Can we meet in person?

Andrés is based in Sherwood Park. The first 30-minute meeting is free, in person by appointment, by phone or on video.

SHERWOOD PARK · ALBERTA · CANADA

What would you
like to see in 3D?

A tank, a skid, a structure or a part you can’t quite explain on paper. Send the drawing and let’s build it.
